Aleister is an HR and I/O practitioner with more than 13 years’ experience in the field. He has worked as a consultant providing comprehensive HR services to companies in a wide variety of industries. Aleister has focused the latter part of his career working for employers in the healthcare industry that have been recognized for achieving “best place to work” designations and awards.
Currently, Aleister has been working as Senior OD Consultant for Baptist Health– a large healthcare organization in the Miami and South Florida area. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Miami Dade College’s School of Business and has previously worked for one of the largest automotive retailers in the United States.
